"navigational fairs management system Civil Aviation Flight University of China" is an important component of Information Engineering building of the Institute. The system is designed based on the actual situation and work necessary of the flight air traffic control sector of the Institute, it takes for the network systems of the institute as hardware platform, and takes into account the domestic e-government information management programs to achieve the electronic and information management of the navigational business, which main function is to provide navigational fairs management information service for the leaderships of the institute and division, various business units, all functional offices and the related units.The system combines the current informatin system of the navigational fairs units of the institute through the intranet, such as the air traffic control information processing system, the aeronautical information processing system, the weather information processing system, to achieve the information rational using and sharing of internal information resources, and also greater efficiency and operational management purposes. Through the effective using of the information resources of the navigational fairs department of the institute, and all kinds of formation of the related navigational fairs departments of the institute and division getting from the institute information internet, the system will provide reliable and fast information service for the navigational fairs departments of the institute based on unified data interface and user interface, and will resolve the poor and slow problem of information exchange, which will effectively ensure flight safety.The main works are shown below:1.Built system running software platform, including system configuration, database, etc.;system should use advanced proven technology and long-term planning, to establish one high starting point, easily expanding, upgrading, and managing platform.2. Completed system framework, including the navigational fairs system home page, each functional module interface; the system should be fully taken into account versatility, consistency, scalability, maintainability.3.Completed the following functional modules:user management, dynamic page management, air traffic control, communication navigation, aeronautical information, aeronautical meteorology and so on. According to the management features of information system and the actual function needs, divided into several major functional modules above4. Completed data synchronization subsystem.The subsystem is responsible for the all business systems latest data copying into the navigational fairs management system database, which is the difficulty of the whole system.The information system data are from the original database of the user's various business units, so the difference in database will bring some difficulties to data replication. The problem needing to be solved of data replication is that a unified database interface API to access all of the current system database and the database in the future.
