Faced with fierce competition in the construction market, customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) has become an important way to maintain the constructionenterprise customer’s loyalty and customer retention, improve customer’s valueand enhance core competitiveness of enterprises to gain competitive advantage andeconomic interests. As an emerging product of modern advanced management ideasand information technologies, customer relationship management has been applied tothe construction industry in recent years in China. As a traditional industry, theconstruction industry is facing an increasingly competitive, customer has become thekey factors to survival and develop for the construction companies. Fullimplementation of effective customer relationship management and maintenance forconstruction companies have been imminent.In the development process of enterprise information technology, constructioncompanies have built a lot of information management systems. There is a certainrelationship between these systems, and a part of data needs to be used in multiplesystems. However, due to the lack of standards and norms about the informationmanagement in the aspects of business model, these result in the poor compatibility,problems on data exchange and sharing of information resources and other difficultissues between these information systems, and there comes the “islands ofinformation”. When a business system updating certain information in its database,the system will lead to inconsistencies in the data with a plurality of other systems, sothat the normal operation of the enterprise is obstructed.This paper describes the development of the building enterprise CRM systemfirstly, then analyzes the relevant issues that exist in the CRM system. We have madesynchronize data integration in the CRM system for the construction business, whichhas three separate departments.Effectively we avoid the problem of information silos,so that the data of these three departments to keep pace, to prevent the enterpriseCRM information lag.The system’s new modules are as follows: changes Capture,changes converter changes transmission, changes restorer.When the CRM system administrators update customer records, the trigger is triggered, the system begins toinitiate the synchronization requests, update the system data in the database table,making the work of the two departments in line synchronization.Similarly, if the CRMsystem database tables changes or the financial management data in the database tablechanges,synchronization system will produce synchronous request and informmanagement systems that related produce feedback and generate behavior update log,then record the system. For this, the whole system will achieve data synchronization.We have introduced the related technologies on data synchronization after that.Finally, this paper presents data synchronization solution for solving problemsencountered by the construction business.
