The rate of Coal mine production safety accidents in the transport accidents is very high, of which the inclined roadway transportation accident is the major one. After the analysis of various types of inclined roadway transportation accidents ,we found that the imperfections of inclined roadway safety or the workers'improper operation on the safety devices as well as the poor Protection effectuality of safety facilities mainly contribute to the inclined roadway transportation fatal accidents. Therefore, if we intend to achieve the essence of the security of the inclined transportation facilities in the Central Plains, some safety modes of operation must be changed to achieve the goal of the automatic control, safety and reliability.This thesis has developed deputy dark inclined automated safety monitoring system, and if Siemens S7 series of high-performance PLC controllers is applied to achieve the centralization and unification of inclined safety, automatic control, the visualization of roadway safety facilities, security, facilities, and operational reliability will be improved, thus leading to the enhancement of the level of the mine and meticulous management. It is of great significance.During the course of the research and development , the author made an investigation at home and abroad on the development and usage of coal mine safety equipment, automatic control's advanced technologies as well as North accommodation with mine Inclined safety conditions . The author also referred to a large number of academic literature to learn from pneumatic control, electromagnetic pneumatic components, proximity sensors, rotary encoders, infrared sensing technology, programmable control technology, video surveillance technology, database technology, such as coal production and application, combined with the practical needs of the site for a data acquisition mode, the control methods and equipment to determine selection. The author developed the preparation of the "North residential inclined mine safety automatic control system design and implementation plan" by Yanzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. In the latter part of the implementation, the author presided over the system designing, the instalation of on-site equipment facilities program designing and debugging, project improvement, industrial test and so on.Practice has proved, that the Deputy dark inclined safety automatic control system can achieve the goals of automatic control of safety facilities, improvement of the efficiency of inclined roadway transportation, security, operational reliability, enhancement of the Mine refined level of management, and significant reduction of the complicated degree of the original operation and the probability of human misuse of manual operation. And at the same time, the accuracy of operation, the reliability in equipment operation and production efficiency are also increased Correspondingly.It is the inevitable way of comprehensively promoting transportation safety facilities Inclined Drift control automation and automatic safety protection to achieve essential safe transportation of the mine, and it is also the effective means of achieving inclined intrinsically safe Transportation.
