Communications Professional Networking Training Platform Design

With the vigorous development of the communications industry, communication operations demand more and more outstanding talents who have a solid foundation and excellent practical skills. This closely connects with the ideas of vocational colleges to establish communication practical training platform on campus by following the trend of industry development on the basis of one-stop training .From the development of the communication industry in recent years, and the form, the industry status quo and demand for talent gap, this paper elicits the direction and the talent training objectives of vocational schools and points out the significance of establishment of professional training platform. By analysing the communications network architecture, communications routing, switching technology, transmission technology and the access network technology and networking basic techniques, the paper puts forward the the design to drive the main body with SDH transmission network, and to form the core of the switching network with CC08 and S1240. The design fully uses the existing exchange, transmission, access, power and other equipment resources, and builds an actual telephone network and achieves the internal telephone communications between the office building, laboratory building and student dormitories. On the platform, we shall set up some new training topics.The project is based on practical teaching mode of communication technologies. It achieves the transformation and innovation of practice teaching model.This will help us find the exact alllocation of the vocational education and the scientific method, so that we can restructure the teaching courses by following the need of practice and change the status quo of over-reliance on the theoretical teaching and lead the vocational education to the track of practical training.This is the concrete practice of teaching innovation.
