The status and function of Higher Vocational Education in the education system of our country are becoming more and more important. The primary task is to improve the teaching quality and to cultivate the skilled talents who meet the requirements of the society. With the development and maturity of computer and network application technology, it is an important way to improve the quality of teaching. Although the traditional way of teaching the introduction of information technology can improve teaching efficiency and students' learning efficiency of teachers in a certain extent, but not all are suitable for teaching information systems and be able to play its due role, teaching rules of information teaching must conform to the traditional teaching content, single function, monotonic information the platform can not play its due role. Based on the training course of informatization construction of Guangdong Polytechnic Institute graphic design courses as an example, a branch of the planar courses belonging to the computer related courses, the characteristics of such courses is to pay attention to the practice, using case teaching method can achieve better results. The course of the current network hardware construction has been qualified, through the normative teaching software can optimize the course link and improve teaching efficiency to a certain extent, but usually the case teaching teaching period is long, a case unit is not a class can be solved and the teaching content of the play, and the computer aided teaching software the function of the existing network with case based curriculum reform rather than before. In order to improve students' ability to practice, to enhance the level of comprehensive curriculum practice, it is necessary to re planning and design of the information platform to meet the needs of Vocational training.The application of the practical training platform based on the graphic design courses in higher vocational colleges is not only applicable to the plane courses, but also is applicable to the training teaching needs of other related courses. The system will be divided into several basic data management, training resource management, training management, training management and evaluation task training performance management and other parts in the functional design, these functions can be set for the daily course training task module stage management, distribution, recycling, evaluation of performance attributes for each task link the module will form the corresponding task, the final stage of the task performance summary and statistics of the final results of the students training. In addition, the platform also provides students with a lot of learning support resources and training cases, to help students to further improve the project training knowledge. The system is characterized by the platform can be the greatest degree of the establishment of training tasks as the carrier of interaction between teachers and students, to achieve teaching quality, learning to enhance the quality of the two-way. The system will be developed using.NET platform in terms of technology, application of Asp.net technology and the development of Ado.net data processing technology, the advantage of this technology is that the platform stability, safety, higher efficiency of system development, system platform can meet the late update and maintenance needs and save the cost of research and development.According to the software industry product design and development standards, the design and development of the market needs of the teaching software platform, this platform will be consistent with an important part of the current higher vocational training teaching level needs, can meet the needs of Higher Vocational Colleges "case analysis", "work" and "project driven" etc. advanced teaching mode of information technology support, has certain research value and promotion. This thesis from the system analysis, step by step give the system platform design and implementation of the whole process of each stage.
