Along with the change and development of the economy system in China, business management has improved accordingly in every aspect; in particular human resource management becomes one of the core modules for the business.This article is prepared after study of actual requirement of HR management by the Chinese construction project, the author has developed one computer system, with consideration of characteristics of Chinese practice, on HR management of construction project, which has been applied in several projects and proved successful.In the recent 30 years, the computer has been applied broadly in the business management, the database system also developed from Dbase II to variety nowadays, among those the FoxPro is proved most popular. FoxPro is chosen by the author to be the application module to the HR system.Due to the confidential nature of HR management, the network function become unnecessary to the system, therefore the system is developed on single Windows system.Based on the application of the new software in SECC(Sichuan Ertan Construction Consult Co.,LTD),It is obvious that the software is succesfully used in HR management in this company.The system developed by the author can be operated in MS windows 98/XP/2000/Vistar. Please note that this article does not cover the network security influence to the system on HR management.
