With the development of computer and internet technology, the development of information technology becomes rapidly too, the industry of construction has been widely recognized by the masses, however. in the traditional construction management way. this will block the development of construction industry. Therefore, the use of network technology and information technology to the traditional construction management has been re-designed, which is significance.In order to solve the existing supervision and management of the construction industry in our country engineering quality problems, decided to develop a construction project quality supervision system to alleviate the current situation of engineering project management management. The system mainly includes the project information management, contract information management, project budget management, construction management, project management and customer service service management six function module. This paper mainly completed the following work:1.Supervision and management of the construction industry in our country engineering quality call and analysis, in order to obtain the construction engineering project management and the business needs of the system, and then use the How chart and the UML chart analysis of business needs, sorting out the system functional and non functional requirements.2.According to the system demand analysis, system design for building engineering project management system, mainly to complete the system architecture, physical architecture design, system of the project information management, contract information management, project budget management, construction management, engineering settlement business logic design and customer service management service management module, finally complete the system the backstage database design.3.System is building engineering project management system implementation on the basis of the system design, system interface using ASP.NET, DIV+CSS, HTML and JavaScript technologies to achieve the system; the business logic processing using C#, ADO.NET and SQL Server database.4.Construction engineering project management system test, main function modules of the system input and output data and business processes to verify the use of black box testing method.System can improve the quality of building engineering management work by developing system, the construction project quality supervision and management process more standardized and scientific, but also strong support for the work of industry informatization to promote the country.
