Based On Web-embedded Remote Monitoring System Design

Now, with the development of the modern industrial and information technology industry, embedded systems are more and more popular.Networked embedded devices have become an inevitable trend of development, so that we can use the internet to achieve monitoring the local or global devices.There are many embedded WEB-based remote monitoring systems,but they are all designed specifically for a particular device.But it is a very long development cycle for the developer to complete the whole system. In view of this situation, this dissertation presents a high universality of the monitoring system. The developer only need to develop applications for the device which can be pluged in the form of this system, and then you can complete a special monitoring system they want. This system provides a server with the general nature, and there is a new type of application: XCGI, which make more efficient development for embedded applications.The main purpose of this dissertation is to design a WEB-based remote monitoring system in Linux system and with better universality , because now there is not a Web-based monitoring system with good universality .To solve the above problems,this dissertation will do the following tasks:1) First, to study the current technologies which related to WEB-based remote monitoring system embedded, and succeed in finding the technologies such as B / S structure, CGI whtic to adapt to our system, and bring forth a new concept:XCGI.2) By combining with the needs of remote monitoring system to set up hardware and software development environment which needed by this system, and to determine the client basic information on the system view and the basic control functions.3) In order to allow the system has good universality, the system adopt an open frame to design, anyone who familiar with the framework of this development in this system simply can fast and rapidly developing a system which they want to get.4) In order to the EMCS have good universality, the server, according to the characteristics of embedded devices, was be necessary reduced.5) We introduced the device's network management . 6) Finally, debugging and compiling.
