Research And Implementation Of Embedded Web Remote Monitoring System Based On B/S Structure

Embedded remote monitoring system is a kind of new video monitoring system with the core of embedded technology, video coding technology and network transmission technology. In monitoring system it has more prominent advantages than traditional remote monitoring system on real-time, network, miniaturization and other work. This paper designed and implemented an embedded web remote monitoring system based on B/S structure. Embedded web server is responsible for collecting field device data and video images, and real-time reliable transmission to the client browser. When users register the system through PC browser, they can obtain equipment real-time data and video images, and also can undertake equipment control, so as to realize the remote monitoring.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Set up the system hardware platform. System control chip chooses Samsung S3C2410chip with ARM920T kernel, CAN module uses MCP2510CAN bus controller maded in Microchip company, Video capture device uses usb camera of ZC0301type, remote monitoring client uses ordinary PC browser.Realize real-time data acquisition and equipment control. Based on mastering embedded web server working principle, this paper chooses and transplants Boa and lightweight SQLite database which is applicable to the embedded system. After researching CGI interface programming technology, this paper designs real-time data acquisition on S3C2410development board, controls equipment on CAN module and implements all of them at last.Realize remote video monitor. After transplanting ZC0301camera driver, this paper studies and compares three video transmission technologies. Finally this paper selects servfox streaming media server and transplants it to embedded web server, so as to realize real-time collection and network transmission of the video data, users can see video screen by PC browser installed JRE platform.System testing results show that this system can timely and accurately collect equipment data on S3C2410development board and the video image information. It realizes the data remote real-time transmission through the embedded web server connecting Ethernet and dynamic displays in the PC browser with real-time, stabilization, so as to meet the needs of real-time data transmission and remote monitoring.
