Information,as an extremely important resource for contemporary era, plays an important role in our life and its importance has been more obvious. With the rapid socio-economic development, the social information, such as those distributed in place of entertainment and company for second-hand mobile phones, has been increased a lot. Moreover, because the wide distribution and range of social information, the earlier methods, like exchange of data files, intensive entry of forms, the second level of the C / S mode of acquisition, and the use of small databases, such as access, are unable to meet the needs of the user's practical work. These collection methods and application have following problems: First, the information is not collected with strong real-time, which leads to lag the information, and hinder the timely realization of the application; Second, the maintenance costs of second application architecture will be high. Last, under the wide distribution and increase of dynamic changes of social information, it's difficult for small database and application of asp to achieve a large-scale and enterprise-class applications. This thesis, based on the needs from the practical work, construct a management system for social information collection. This thesis applies MIS technology system, the current mainstream, and grounds on J2EE system to build a large-scale relational database using Oracle database management system in background, and apply social information collection management system using a browser three models in the frond-end. In accordance with the norms of software engineering development, this thesis will elaborate the whole process of the project development including the steps of system requirements, systems analysis, system design, and system implementation and so on. For the development of architecture and database design, this thesis will discuss and descript in detail.
