Development And Research Of Xinjiang Social Science Planning Management Information System

Current society needs government departments improving their work efficiency,standardizing their management procedures, improving the ability to provide services and quality to people. E- government is the solution to solve this problem effectively.According to the eleventh science and technology "Five-Year" plan of national and Xinjiang, and according to the relevant provisions of speeding up the scientific and technological project management and make government affairs more public, Xingjiang provincial science and technology department decided to develop the new science and technology management system, then their main daily work can be done by the information management system among the LAN and Internet.This paper mainly focuses on the developing and studying process of Xinjiang social science planning e-government system. It systematically analyzes the main demand of social project management application. We collected the common, general basic modules and service functions, and made many kinds of components. The software’s architecture is object oriented, component oriented and is service oriented. I data layer, the operation of the software is very convenient, and it can also be customized in the business layer and configuration of the software also can be integrated in the business layer.In the study of the project, we standardized business process and the information storage formats of electronic network, by this software we can improve transaction response efficiency, and can improve the utilization ratio of information.
