Information system is getting popular with the informatization of the society and people cling to information system while dealing with daily works. Ceaseless use of new techniques makes information system involved in new industry, and more and more information projects appear such characteristics as short cycle and high requirement. How to analyze and develop an office automation program of high quality meeting the demands expected in a short time becomes an issue of concern of a construction contractor.This paper analyzes the issues and solutions of office automation program of Sichuan Branch, China National Geological Exploration Center of Building Materials Industry in respects of status quo of office automation program analysis and flow design, proposes the scheme of finishing demand analysis and standardized flow design of office automation program according to ISO9001 quality management system and finishing program analysis and flow design strictly in accordance with the regulations specified in quality manual, procedure document and supporting documents. The author elaborates on analysis and flow design for the method of finishing the office automation program of Sichuan Branch, China National Geological Exploration Center of Building Materials Industry as per quality management system so as to ensure on-schedule completion of the program with sound quality.
