With the fast development of digital library construction, the increasing digital material of various types and formats has brought great convenience to data-searching and data application. However, due to the dispersion and isomerism on digital resource, chiasmus and representation on digital contents and diversity on searching method, the personal users are usually at a loss and don't know how to get the information they need and they have to spend much time on learning the usage and searching-strategy of different database, which makes a heavy burden to the users and seriously affects the resource's utilization rate. In order to solve the problem, many libraries are actively taking measures to make improvement on high-efficient material utilization and resource reorganization, which also has became an urgent and rough task. In view of the importance of the resource's high-efficient utilization and reorganization, the study on which has become a hot topic. Currently, what important is the service that the library can provide and the system functions rather than the concrete storage medium and the server distribution. This thesis makes a systematic design and development on the high school library's digital resource application system by using MVC (Model-View- Controller) structure, and mainly discusses the high school's resource reorganization project and introduces the ways and the key technologies in detail by which to partition module in the process of digital resource reorganization by using MVC.Finally, we make an experimental test on the MVC (Model-View- Controller) structure and apply it into the design and study to the project of high school digital resource reorganization, and get a desirable result on MVC research.
