The dispatch management is one of the important function in the network resources management (NRM) system of Beijing Unicom. The dispatch of fiber optic is the key point of dispatch management. The design of the fiber optic route is an important part of fiber optic dispatch, so it is the most important part in dispatch management.According to the actual situation of fiber optic dispatch of Beijing Unicom, this paper discuss and research the auto-design of fiber optic route, use the ArcGIS network analyst under.NET framework, the achievement is1.the first time use ArcGIS network analyst in the fiber optic route design2.according to the features of GIS data and fiber optic network, make a data model of fiber optic network with GeoDataBase, and research the function of fiber optic route auto-design which is useable and worthy of promotion3.arrange 52793 piece of data to build the network model4.use language C# to develop the function of fiber optic route auto-design, over 10000 rows.After the function in service,it significantly simplifies the step of fiber optic dispatch,it saves work time and increases the efficiency of fiber optic dispatch,it plays an important role in improving Beijing Unicorn's optical business processing capacity.
