Civil Air Defense Project is the protective constructions which protects the people's air defense command, communications, masking or reducing personnel from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons and conventional bombs purpose-built anti-destruction. For the protection of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons attacks, the general term for various types of equipments called the three-defense equipment. It is the guarantee for the force to do battle under the condition of nuclear defense equipment, chemical and biological weapons. In the head of the air defense fortifications have "three defenses" facilities, mainly contains protective closed system, filtering ventilation systems, decontamination systems, and nuclear chemical alarm systems. "Three defenses" not only protects various of anti-sabotages but also ensures the needs of clean air and access defense works of covert personnel in the fortification.This article introduces the design program of a three-defense fortifications. The program mainly includes the overall structure of three-defense system, the site acquisition and control unit which uses the platform of ARM-based embedded computer, system software function and RS485 communication protocol design. This article mainly introduces the design method of the plug on the ARM bus PC/104 embedded computer features two custom RS485 communication and IO input and output board plate. The design method includes the design of reading and writing through the CPLD on the PC/104 bus timing, PC/104 bus IO port address decoding method, multiple interrupts to achieve reuse and customize the card through the CPLD register setting methods.Finally, through the use of RS485 communication protocol to analyze the problems of communication installation project implementation encountered in the process, a set of three anti-based control system engineering design based on CAN bus and CAN bus communication protocol design is put forward. This communication protocol can satisfy the access of various of on-site environmental monitoring control equipment data, alarm information transfer request of three-defense system, taking into account the associated communications equipment into the bus, address allocation method and system equipment to meet the need of monitoring data of three anti-system range of 12 orders of magnitude beyond the requirements. In the communication protocol, it uses the alarm, equipment breakdown information to send by the device actively and the monitoring data requests by the PC method, also several different information install different priority levels. The design of the communication protocol has certain reference on the constructions of three defense systems of our units and other units of electronic information industry in future.Our unit's design of nuclear, biological and chemical control of the three-defense system project has had a certain scale of production in national defense system, engineering products has had nearly 80 million yuan output value.
