| The rapid development of social economy, urbanization is accelerating, the scale andutilization of civil air defense engineering also develope rapidly.At the same time, theevolution of modern science and technology and the rapid development of information warfarealso put forward higher requirements of construction, management, operation, maintenanceand use of civil air defense.Because of the particularity of the underground civil air defenseengineering, the3D visualization of civil air defense is a new way to use and manage civil airdefense which combines with geographic information system,3D visualization technology andnetwork transmission technology.The research realizes the production and network release of civil air defense engineering3D visualization scene, using the Internet of things, GIS and3D visualization technology,based on the remote sensing image, DEM,3D model and the civil air defense engineeringbusiness data, with the aid of the Skyline technology platform for the global leading. At thesame time, according to the principle of the system development, combined with therequirements of3D visualization of construction of civil air defense engineering, we determinethe technical route of this system is B/S structure, using J2EE system design and Skyline3Dsoftware Terra Explorer Pro SDK library for the secondary development of3D GIS on theplatform of Java2.
