Along with the progress of science and technology,with cloud computing,big data,mobile applications,social media as a representative of the digital technology is constantly changing people's work and lifestyle,there are plenty of digital services,such as intelligent manufacturing,intelligent city,mobile payment,e-commerce,etc.,while bring convenience to consumers,it is creating a new generation of digital products and services,reconstructing the traditional industry value chain,creating new digital economy,more and more enterprises and application of digital technology into the digital transformation of the team.In the process of the formation of the new economic model,IT equipment is facing the role change,from the traditional office production tools to business enabling tools,through the product form,computing performance,interaction,security and reliability and other aspects of innovation and improvement,to help enterprises better complete the digital transformation.SMEs are the main group of Chinese enterprises.Driven by digital transformation,SMEs have a lot of IT needs,which promote their application and procurement of computer equipment.However,the IT needs of SMEs are complex and unclear.As a processor manufacturer,I company needs to understand the IT needs of SMEs,and rely on computer equipment for upgrading and sales,which requires I company to clarify the IT needs of smes as well as the current situation and future trend of the computer market.Want to through the way of quantitative research,this article in view of the SMEs9 IT requirements of investigation and study,to subdivide the different types of SMEs,find different types of SMEs for computer equipment as well as the practical application of scene in the purchase of computer equipment in the process of focus,make to I can better understand the user requirements,in equipment manufacturing and innovation,to develop more products that meet the market demand,to drive faster to complete the digital transformation of small and medium?sized enterprises.In market development and sales,make more effective market positioning and precision marketing.In the specific analysis stage,firstly,descriptive statistical analysis is carried out on the staff composition,attitude towards IT and new teehnology preference of SMEs.Then,aceording to the relevant indicators,clustering analysis is carried out on the data,and SMEs are further divided into four categories according to the traditional classification of industry and geographical attributes:digital native,technology-driven,mass following and conniving enterprises,and the four categories of SMEs are depicted.In addition,binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors for SMEs to purchase computers,and market positioning of existing computer equipment market was conducted to determine the positioning of core enterprises and core interests.Finally,based on the background of the existing computer market,and according to the 4C theory of marketing,corresponding marketing strategies and suggestions are made for the subsequent development of the products of I company from the perspectives of customers,cost,convenience and communication.
