Guizhou Province Youth Federation, Management Information Systems Analysis And Design

The youth federation of Guizhou Province is young patriotic united front organizations of all circles of all nationalities of our province under Communist Party of China's leadership. It regards the Communist Youth League of China as the force at the core. It is for the purpose of serving the overall situation, serving society and serving aim of youth. It creates conditions for the masses of young men growing up healthy and sound, becoming a useful person smoothly. Meanwhile, it works by in the center around party and government and makes contributions displaying one's talent, starting one's career and putting up the stage for the masses of youth. In recent years, the youth federation of Guizhou Province has organized every clan young men from all walks of life in the whole province to launch diversified forms of activities in a more cost-effective manner actively. It is the local socio-economic development that has made positive contribution.With the developing of youth organize, the youth federation information management, organization of the activity, the exchange between the members needs breaking through the traditional working way badly. The youth federation information-based level needs improving further. Developing youth federation management information system is one effective action.This paper regards the management information system of youth federation of Guizhou Province as thesis topic. Using the analysis of the soft project and design method, the demand for the system has carried on in-depth analysis. We have confirmed the functional demand for the system and non- functional demand through the collection of material and related service activity involved in the reorganization youth federation work. Function demand: The system should realize the information resource management, the member exchanges, functions and so on active management, member human resources analysis, news management, backstage management, system administration. Non-functionality demand: To the system maintainability, the safety performance and the performance characteristic set the request.In the analytic process of demand, the strong tool of the demand analyzes - dataflow is pursued. Design member affiliation, transfer to another club, activity planned management, member inquire statistics, forum information management, manuscript publish and user management flow diagram. In the part of design of system, we divide system into five function module and describe each function module using software structure chart. In this foundation, refining each function module further, draws the child function the software structure chart.meanwhile, we design the method of mistake, input and outputted and security. We have carried on the analysis of the database demand on the basis of analyzing the business function, adopted the entity - contact and pursued to carry on the structural design of concept, leaded out the database form that the system needs. Finally, proposed some considerations to the system realization.
