Cultural productivity, the system of social productive forces, as an important part in social production is playing an increasingly important role. It symbolizes that human society's future will move toward with the trend of development, in the future the world competition will be the cultural productive forces competition, the cultural productive forces development has become one of the 21st century core topics.The contemporary cultural industry is the cultural industry group which is composed of many kinds of industrial forms, but the books publication industry, the broadcast movie television industry, the phantom product industry, the network industry and so on these take the paper media and the electronic media as the main forms, take propagandizes or the dissemination as the chief feature, may be called as the media industry. This kind of industry played the very important role in the entire cultural industry system. It is not only the foundation, is also intermediary, conducts and the joint main body, its industrial production's degree and the productive forces level restricts and affects other classes directly the development condition, is manifesting the cultural productive forces level of development.
