After deeply understand the OA office system's development background and status, and by Nanhui District to conduct a feasibility study to identify the development direction and the value of this system .The system uses J2EE as the development platform, using ORACLE as a back-end database. In the design of the database above, according to system needs, design a role table, user table privileges, etc.; in the overall design concept above, the entire system is divided into document processing subsystem, e-mail subsystem, personal office subsystems, Governor investigation management subsystem, administration subsystem, file management subsystem, conference management subsystem, information presentation subsystem, and system management subsystem modules. In this dissertation, these sub-modules of the detailed design and implementation of the system to achieve a system test and the city running, and the results show that the realization of the system to meet the needs of Nanhui district government offices to improve work efficiency.
