| The informatization construction is very important to the college reformation and the efficiency improvement. This thesis presents an integrated course arrangement system which combines the real situation of Nanchang Teachers College with the existing informational technology.The manual assignment system adopted at present brings the low efficiency and makes errors easily in arranging schedule. We can realize an automatical course arrangement and selection system on the base of some advanced technology. A large number of students can register courses to choose the lessons through the internet, which improves the efficiency and makes full use of the college resources. It brings not only convenience to students, but also the lower risk of errors.This thesis introduces the correlative knowledge of the system at first, then states the general design in depth, the realization to the schedule arrangement subsystem, the data-base design of the courses selection subsystem and finally proposes to the system development.The system has two parts, namely, the schedule arrangement subsystem and the courses selection subsystem. The former adopts C/S structure, while the latter uses B/S structure. C/S is the system in which users use specialized client to operate through a specifical network protocol visit server data. The technology is ripe enough to have no difficulty in carrying out with low cost.The courses selection subsystem adopts B/S structure. The system needs not any client who uses the system to install the special client program but to substitute the general browser such as IE or any other alternative browser. The advantage of B/S structure is that all office system's information is stored at the server. The whole system can also play the same role as long as installing, maintaining and upgrading the browser. It doesn't need lots of maintenance work, which reduces the latter part of manpower and material inputs. It will be widely covered and easy to popularize as using browser. |
