With the development of computer technology, the computer's process and storage of the data has become the most important data-processing method. With increasing amount of data, People can only get through these data is very limited information in operations, lots of hiding behind these data of information a have been ignored. We need a technical measure what with A large number of data mining and discover the value.According to the data as a original data extraction and processing to form a valuable forecast.This article aimed at how to data mining the systems for useful data for people in large database, oppose to data mining of AssociationRules with a depth examination,analysis and evaluation of the classical algorithm for rule mining Apriori algorithm.Found that the algorithm flaw and proposed a new improved algorithm. From the original algorithm needs to repeatedly scan the database for this flaw, improved the speed of the algorithm. The improved algorithm is applied to educational decision-making system and developed ARMEMD System. The system is mainly designed five themes of rule mining that can be supporting in teaching of the Teaching Management.
