The remote power meter reading information system based on GPRS is set up forwireless network. Data acquisition and the control of real-time communication fieldparameters can be realized in each heat meter. The system has the function ofcentralized billing and management, namely, the billing and management are all focusedon the server. The automation level of management control can be improved effectivelythrough the actual use. This paper discussed and studied around the remote power meter readinginformation system. In this thesis, the basic theory of GPRS technology is alsodiscussed. The paper is focused on researching GPRS technology at home and abroadand its application in the remote power meter reading information system. The mainresearch contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:1.The application of GPRS in wireless network was studied. GPRS technology isa relatively mature technology and its application is used in mobile communicationservices for a wide range.2.The MVC includes three levels, namely the view layer, control layer and modellayer. Every level can have the corresponding technology. Each level has its main tasksand functions. Few links between different level, which is linked only by a smallamount of a configuration file or function call interface.3.JS was designed by MVC. The various levels are not only developed separately, transaction management, multithreaded and distributed designed are provided at thesame time. The distributed system would be developed efficiently by using the frameStructs, which can manage to achieve a systematic, standardized and automated. Structsis a development framework and development mode under JS platform. Thedevelopment model of the framework is based on the view layer, model layer andcontroller layer. Structs can integrate Servlet、JavaBean and JSP technology together.4.In accordance with the process of software development, this paper describethe system requirement firstly, analyzes and designs the system functions. Thencomplete the development of the whole system. The article describes in detail theimplementation of the JSpattern in the system and related components, designapplications, and then described the test methods and test results for the platform. Finally, deeply summary of the related performance characteristics of the system as wellas the results achieved at the same time make a summary of the shortcomings of thecurrent system and prospects.
