This paper introduced a kind of system that made by 89C51, DS18B20 and SHT11, which was used for detecting of temperature-humidity. This system was made up of upper computer and extension. The upper computer communicated with extension by the cable, acquiring the data of temperature and humidity in warehouse. This system gave diagrams and graph to user conveniently and simply. Finally, it decided what to do by monitor subsystem. The paper realized CAN bus for remote communication in practice.In this paper, the key point is multipoint temperature. DS18B20 made by an American company of DSLLAS was used, which is a digital device of one wire. It can realize multipoint monitoring conveniently. SHT11 made by the company of SENSIRION was chosen, which is a digital intelligent device. The device has high, accuracy fast transform which is fit for monitoring the temperature and humidity of warehouse. Besides that, the paper explained the features, theory, timing and transport protocol of DS18B20 in detail.This system is used for grain-monitoring, watch the situations of any point, and put the obtained data into the database. The paper used artificial neural network of BP method, which realized simulation of humidity in every stage. The system used C-Language to develop lower computer, the upper computer was developed by the language of VB, in order to take advantage of feature of high efficiency and simple. The users can design the threshold value by themselves. The system can achieve ventilating, cooling and drying the warehouse according to the in formations of temperature, humidity and the water content in grain.
