During the long-term process of enterprise information building, because of lot's of causes such as fund, technology and lack of unified plan, each department in one enterprise only takes its own requirements or the present requirements into account, which results in the situation that each of the information systems in enterprise operates independently, and that the information resource can not be shared by the other departments in enterprise. This situation is so-called information isolated island problem. The problem not only results in the grave dissipation of the information resource, but also puts an obstacle to expand the enterprise further. It is one of the questions that lot's of researchers are studying how to use limited funds and advanced technology to integrate these independent information systems and to assure that the information can be shared in enterprise.Based on analyzing various implement methods, in this paper, the basic principles of enterprise information systems integration based on SOA are introduced, including many techniques such as SOA,Web Service,XML. In addition, this paper specially proposes an information integration model for a chemical industry in Taiyuan, details includes: (1) According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the information requirement of the enterprise is analyzed firstly. The requirement report is presented in this paper. (2) Based on the requirement, the business integration and the data integration are analyzed according to the actual condition of the enterprise. The four-tier system architecture is proposed through using SOA, which realizes business integration and data integration. Business integration is realized in the service layer and the business components layer. Data integration is realized in data layer using distributed database technology. (3)The new logistics system is analyzed and designed. And the software model of the system is created with UML in particular. (4)The system deployment scheme is analyzed and integrated system is also deployed in the end of the paper.At present, the integration resolution has been put into practice in the enterprise and the system is operating well.
