E-business Applications Based On Xml / Web Services And Implementation

This paper analyzed traditional distributed computing technology CORBA, DCOM and RMI, and find that all of them are not fit for development of electronic business application in Internet which is loose-coupling and heterogeneous network environment with firewall. To realize the remote information exchange, communication between different application on the heterogeneous platform and go through the firewall transparently, it is necessary to look after a new application design method for Internet electronic business application constructing.The technology of Web Service can solve the disturbing problems of inter-platform, firewall, and so on. It can integrate distributed software well, it is the best technology to combine distributed technology and Internet. Using Web Service in XML systems will combine well strong transport capability of Web Service and agility of XML, then make the systems easier to manage, easier to extend, easier to maintain and easier to integration and so provide greater function.On the basic of sufficient analyze and study in XML and Web Service, the author bring forward a new E-business application design model based on XML and Web Service-ICX system. ICX implement a new E-business application architecture and Data Integration Service based on XML and Web Service. With XML as data exchange standard format, Web Service as distributed computing method, ICX system realize the transparent communication between heterogeneous applications through SOAP message. ICX Data Integration Services integrate data of different sources into XML data, shield the difference of heterogeneous data sources, realize the integration logic and respond users through parsing XML documents. ICX reflect well the advantage of XML data that their contents and forms are separated, and new component ideal of Web Service. This advantage has facilitated greatly data exchanging and publishing in distributed applications involving lots of data like E-business applications.In the last part, with this new ICX system model, the author design, program and implement an Internet-based distributed E-business application桰CX Online Reservation System, and combine the model with practice application organically.
