With the rapid development of science and technology, information technology is increasingly being applied to people's daily life and work. Now, many universities pay more attention and money in the information management technology. In this process, the different departments established some specialized information processing systems to meet operational needs. However, there is a serious shortcoming in access or dealing with the data because of the system independent, heterogeneous data and so on. In this issue, we need to establish a unified data platform, which is required to meet department's data standards and the data transmission of different application software.This paper aims to design a J2EE-based architecture of the campus information management system with XML and Web Service technology for needs of school work, and do some depth study of distributed data integration technology.1.Environment for distributed heterogeneous data sources under the data integration needs, this traditional virtual database as the foundation, XML and Web Service technology, proposed based on virtual data view and data entities in building the global view of data integration solutions, to probe into the program service policy priorities and data cache.2.By analyzing the data based on Web Service integration feasibility and limitations, this pair of Web Service finding the feedback mechanisms carried out studies on the feature SOAP binding, propose the time by the average response as a client-side service propose the time of interval measure, can be avoid duplication of Web Service request to submit the additional server overhead.3.The traditional data integration based on public database program, this paper discusses data classification model of weak consistency and strong consistency model, asynchronous and synchronous data for the different scenarios described by the consistency detection algorithm and distributed two-stage increase lock commit protocol, the program was extended to enable it to meet the needs of different scenarios. Where the units for the study of Qingdao Technical College's practical need, integrate the existing campus network resources and create a new campus comprehensive management system for special design a J2EE-based architecture of a data exchange platform, this paper presents the design of the platform program and application examples. Platform through the introduction of the system adapter, data exchange agents and other mechanisms to simplify the process of data integration, and support for legacy systems quick and convenient access to new data integration system.This thesis studies the different sources, formats, features nature of the data in a logical or physical organic focus, to address the distribution of data and heterogeneous problem, made some innovations:This article designs a framework based on J2EE data exchange platform, combined with practical work college demands, given the design of the platform. Platform through the introduction of the system adapter, data exchange agents and other mechanisms to simplify the process of data integration, and support for legacy systems quick and convenient access to new data integration system.The main module of the system design work based on the actual college, college faculties and staff of various departments functional requirements, administrative practices of college teaching to master, as well as on the original system model and the new to create the systems model, from a practical start planning out the function of the system. Generally classified into the following main one module:educational management system, office automation system, personnel management systems, student record performance management systems, course management system, student management system, employment training, library access system, mail system, network distance learning systems and scientific research departments of various sector management systems.
