| Many companies research IC testing platform for increasing productivity and improving the design of integrated circuits. Professional and general becomes a new direction for the development.The background is the integrated circuit tester project offered by a company in Guangdong. Based on the integrated circuit tester, the author processed MC4558 detailed analysis in the traditional mode. The exploration of graphical programming is on this basis.Compared with the other graphical language, this model has some new design concepts and functions in theory, structural running and functional expansion:1. On the basis of the integrated circuits hardware, the author makes a summary of the hardware virtual model. The programming environment accords with user's habits after we get the basic elements of the graphical language. Using special data configuration to describe the entire connection-wire flow as ordinary circuit diagram links, we discover it is true that the direction of data flow has a good description mode.2. Aimed at the graphic language specific data requirements, a kind of new memory allocation and management algorithm based on link-table is presented in this paper. Based on allocation and management for basic data type and complicated data structure as array and cluster, it realizes the data generation and lifecycle management.This algorithm plays a key role in the graphical language interpreter and running model. Practice has proved that: this structure model of graphical language can use in many IC testing.The theoretical research work for graphical language is a new topic. These theories have made some preliminary achievements in this field which can be used in other basic platform and distributed system. |
