In recent years, people are talking about the challenges of knowledge-based economy, in fact, knowledge-based economy the core of the problem is that people's quality problems, that is, the formation of human resources, use and development issues. Enterprise staff training and skills to identify work as a win-win investment, has increasingly gained the attention of enterprises and society. Through the implementation of enterprise staff training and skill appraisal, on the one hand to continually improve the work of staff awareness, enthusiasm and creativity, thereby increasing the business value of the output to enable enterprises to gain greater benefits; the other hand, can contribute to the overall staff to raise quality, you can give employees access to a lifetime of wealth preservation.At present, staff training and skills in business appraisal, due to all enterprises engaged in industry and the level of information vary widely, various employees training and skills identification and examination requirements and focus vary. Currently, GM does not have a mature enterprise staff training and skills certification system to meet the various business training modern, scientific management requirements. Combined with Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Company of the geographical distribution and the level of enterprise information construction, the system architecture approach to a detailed analysis and comparison, design, implementation, multi-layer structure of WEB-based approach.3. In the analysis of various implementation technologies (Web technology and database technology), content, features, and works based on the proposed Web-based skills training in information systems technology for identification of routes, as well as development tools, the choice of development platform and construction.4. According to Web-based skills training for identification of the functional requirements of information systems, carried out a detailed design and coding5.
