In the history, the development of a new technology was always related to the exploit of new energy, how it was deployed and the improvement of it. With the rise of Industrial Revolution, we are walking into an era of energy crisis. In the meantime, the rapid growth of energy conversion technologies have witnessed more and more energy sources which was impossible to exploit in the past and this directly leads to more challenging options for the ubiquitous electronic telecommunication systems. Especially for those energy sources from the nature, it becomes more promising to energy harvest, store and use the harvested energy to supply consuming unit. With the development of WSN in the field of Medical care or Disaster prevention, the performance of micro-scale sensor becomes the key factor of the system. The lifetime of each sensor node will not be decided by the supply battery of it, but the hardware itself. In order to overcome those shortages, this paper analyzes different kinds of promising ways of micro-energy and micro-system and makes a conclusion for the total solution of low-consumption mini-node supply. Then, based on the analysis of piezoelectricity equation, we will discuss the structure, principle and application of it. The main content and result are as following:According to the comparison and collecting of the energy conversion technology in china and abroad, we will evaluate the potential value of ambulatory energy and validate its transferability in piezoelectric conversion.Starting from piezoelectric materials, we will analyze the generation of charge from piezoelectric devices, and the principles of output voltage, discuss the equivalent circuit model of piezoelectric devices. We will develop and realize a novel type of Geta-mounted energy harvesting module to convert, store and process the energy. It has been proved to have good performance and transferability, providing good background for the autonomous network in the future.
