Through the study on information technologies, a systematic research on the development methods and characteristics of Data Warehouse System has been conducted by this thesis.First, we analysis the problems of information processing in the current land tax system, consider the changing Fujian Province land tax system, and investigate how to apply data warehouse technologies to tax information systems. We also propose a Fujian land tax design methodology based on data warehouse and data mining technologies and implement a Fujian Land Tax Data Warehouse System on ORACLE9i platform.Second, this thesis analyzes Data Warehouse, OLAP, and Data Mining technologies, puts forward how to apply and construct Fujian land tax system overall architecture, and discusses the details of the design and implementation of Fujian land revenue audit and other tasks.Third, this thesis emphasizes on the data mining algorithm development based on Rough Set Theory. Taking into account the data characteristics of Fujian land tax system, we propose a fuzzy K-MEANS algorithm appropriate to the current land tax system and apply it to Fujian land tax system warning modules to practically improve the current Fujian land tax information system.Finally, we evaluate and improve the proposed algorithm and parts of the system and obtain a good performance. |
