China Telecom Xinjiang's Knowledge-based Systems Design And Implementation

China Telecom in Xinjiang(Abbr: CTXJ) with the continuous development of the company's business, as well as the application system updates, related technology, business knowledge, such as a fast-growing trend, how to manage such knowledge, at the same time use the knowledge to help the development of enterprises, which the era of knowledge economy development is an important task.Knowledge management system development can not only CTXJ to a variety of technical, operational and maintenance methods, such as documents, files, manuals, standards of conduct unified management of the written materials are readily available, but also to the staff in their daily work of the various types of knowledge accumulation pooling, the sharing of knowledge provides a platform to facilitate the application.This paper bases on a practice Knowledge base Application,we analysised system architecture and resolved the project desiging through practicing constantly.It's a basic web application framework based on Spring, Hibernate and Lucene and DWR etc technolege, and uses ExtJS2.x as UI layer with the One Page, One Application feature. The main thesis reads as follows:(1) CTXJ in building knowledge-based systems to carry out a detailed investigation and study the status quo.(2) Developed for CTXJ's use of the knowledgebase management system.(3) New technologies of various types of open-source application specific practice.
