"inner Mongolia Daily Management Of Historical Research

The present thesis summarizes the sixty years management history of Inner Mongolia Daily from its foundation to 2008. The thesis is composed of three parts, namely, introduction, main body, and conclusion. In the introduction part the rationale, objective, significance, status quo and the research methods are presented. The main body of the present thesis is divided into three chapters:the first chapter explores the historical development of Inner Mongolia Daily from its foundation to 1956. Meanwhile the first chapter conducts a more detailed analysis on the initial operation and management of Inner Mongolia Daily, the management of Suiyuan Daily, and the business construction and the paper's news team formation. The second chapter analizes the development and changes, business construction and the news team formation of the Inner Mongolia Daily in the movement of the "anti-rightist struggle", the "Cultural Revolution" during the period from 1957 to 1977. The third chapter discusses the management of the Inner Mongolia Daily in the three decades of reform and opening up policy, and further analizes its development, reform and the current condition. In the conclusion part, based on the summarization of the full text and the achievements and experience of the Inner Mongolia Daily in sixty years, the present thesis points out the shortcomings in the current management and proposes possible solutions to the existing problem.
