Comparative Study In Report On Unexpected Events "Inner Mongolia Daily" And "People’s Daily"

Since the inception of the new century, our country public health incidents, accidents disasters, social security events, natural disasters and other unexpected events are in rapid succession, and the unexpected events reports on the news report also have more timely and scientific simultaneously. At the same time, to do a good job of unexpected events reports is not only related to the stability of social life. Therefore, attaching great importance to the unexpected events report is both the media present political task and the obligatory social responsibility.This thesis consists of introduction, main body (chapter one, chapter two, chapter three) and conclusion part. The introduction part mainly stated the basis of topic selection, research significance, the definition of related concepts. Based on 4 types of unexpected events, the chapter one analyses 4 cases according to the genre by using method of text analysis. Namely, the author deeply analyses the news, news comments new reports and in-depth reports on the following cases:Case of public health incident——report on SARS in 2003; Accident disaster case—— report on Wuhai coal mine flooding accident in 2010; social security incident case ——report on salt robbery incident in the year of 2011; Natural disasters case——-the report on the west Uzhumuqin fire happened in 2015. Among them there are largest numbers of news reported for the report on SARS and Wuhai coal mine flooding accident, while the report on the salt robbery is given priority to with news and commentary and the report on West Uzhumuqin fire is mainly characterized by its largest use of the messages. Chapter two consists of 4 parts, such as unexpected events report theme, news source and report form comparison of 3 newspapers. People’s Daily ideas of reporting fact and propaganda are combined well and it lays emphasis on the public opinion in unexpected events reports. Chinese version Inner Mongolia Daily’s unexpected the events dynamic from multi -view, to make the report more interesting. Mongolian version Inner Mongolia Daily gives priority to the closeness and details of report. Chapter three, summarizes 3 newspapers’unexpected events report features, finds out each other’s advantages and disadvantages and unexpected events. Mongolian version of Inner Mongolia Daily’s unexpected events reports and its reporting forms are various. But there are also some disadvantages like, much more emotional reports; poor timeliness; less good reports and so on. Chinese version of Inner Mongolian Daily’s has large number of reports, pays equal attention to the domestic and report; less characteristic reports; Simplex using of new genre; less reflective reports and so on. People’s Daily’s reporting number, theme, genre and picture are in large number and pays attention to public opinion guidance. But there are also some disadvantages like, imbalance in positive and negative reports; poor balance; less affinity of local unexpected events report; poor closeness; poor warning and so on. To improve Mongolian version Inner Mongolia Daily’s unexpected events reports, we must strengthen the timeliness, objective rational reports and pay more attention to speech right and do an exclusive report. To improve Chinese version of Inner Mongolian Daily’s unexpected events reports, we must strengthen the right of public opinion guidance, improve management system; increasing the depth of reports; improve journalists’professional quality. To improve People’s Daily’s unexpected events reports, we must set clever news agenda, pay attention to the balance; broaden the range of unexpected events reports and strengthen humanistic care; improve the ability of judgement and build early warning mechanism.News report on unexpected events is a relastively new field in our country. Since experience accumulation is no so much for media of our country, the relationships of various media should be built between national and media, Chinese and Mongolian papers would be significant for upgrading the utterance right of media of our country while dealing with unexpected events, and for promoting the development of local media.
