In recent years, the advance of new technologies including the Internet had greatly changed the traditional concept of telecommunications and systems.With the popularization of broadband networks,Metropolitan Area Network(MAN) planning problems attract much attention.This paper first introduces several key technologies including IP Routing, QoS(Quality of Service),xDSL(Digital Subscriber Line), Access Network in the MAN.Then the network planning and design principles and the problems that exist are analyzed. Based on these MAN technologies and planning principles,we propose a scheme of GuangZhou UNICOM MAN Network Optimization rehabilitation programs.The scheme include the optimization and transformation of the core structure,link of the MAN, IDC and NGN network, deployment of QoS,and the access network issues.In the entire demonstration and programming processes of the project,first, make an analysis of the disadvantage of GuangZhou UNICOM MAN's original structure.Based on this,we optimized the structure of the project;And then adjusted the links between equipment for the backbone;For the bearer network of IDC(Internet Date Center),NGN(Next Generation Network) network and the access network, the project focused on increasing bandwidth redundancy, improve network stability and security.And finally we completed the entire transformation of GuangZhou UNICOM MAN. |
