The National Culture Of The Autonomous Region Party Newspaper Reported

The autonomous region party newspaper is the party committee official newspaper. It undertakes an important political task and the dissemination mission. On the one hand the autonomous region party newspaper must finish the political task of the common party newspaper, communicating mainstream culture and propagandizing the party's major policies. On the other hand the autonomous region party newspaper also undertakes the public opinion guidance duty which is condensing the will of the people, the unification nationality mutual recognition, and the maintenance national unity. Facing special audiences and national minority culture which has the region characteristic, the autonomous region party newspaper must protect the national culture, communicate national culture policy, unite national consensus through the dissemination outstanding national culture content. The autonomous region party newspaper must display the region characteristic. Rising in the party newspaper's reforming process, the autonomous region party newspaper must disseminate the outstanding national culture content basing in the native place in order to close to audiences in national area and set up the public credibility and the fine reputation of the party newspaper in the autonomous region media.As one of five autonomous regions, Ningxia has a high degree of Chinese. Its newspaper industry development also lags because of political, economical, geography, humanities environmental. From the view of communication, this article took "the Ningxia Daily" as the object of study, summarized and analyzed"the Ningxia Daily"' s characteristic and the question which has presented in process of communicating the national culture. Through comparing and studying, this article promoted degree to the autonomous region party newspaper, and induced characteristic of the master race culture report. Based "the Ningxia Daily", this article divided four chapter of contents to analyze the national culture report in autonomous region party newspaper.The author ordered the research results of national culture communication in Chapter 1. To adapt the study of this article content analysis, the author proposed the concept of the national culture. In the second chapter, the author took the concept of national culture which had defined in the first chapter as the standard. Selecting the "Ningxia Daily" as the research sample, the author analyzed the content of national culture which reported in the "Ningxia Daily". Using Ningxia Daily Newspaper Group of the northern Fang zheng Yuan Bo digital asset storage and retrieval system, the author searched the national culture report over the years, and arranged the proportion of the national culture. Based on Ning xia's media environment, the author classified the national culture report in "Ningxia Daily", and analyzed its location of the reported pages, genre, length, theme, manuscript sources, timeliness and so on, then summed up characteristics and existing problem which "Ningxia Daily" reports in the national culture content. This chapter is the focus of this chapter. The third chapter, the author summarized the the characteristics and problems in "Ningxia Daily"'s national culture reports baseing on the analysis under ChapterⅡ.Therefore, there is great significance to research the national culture which the regional party newspaper reported.
