Fair Research, Universal Access To Information Based On Public Information

With the constant advance of social informationization, information equity has been one of the core social objectives pursued by human. The realistic safeguard to realize the information justice becomes not only the focus of people, but also the focal point of correlation researches. Universal access of public information as a basic support to improve information equity plays an irreplaceable important role. Using the research methods such as correlation analysis, logical reasoning and comparative analysis, the author systematically combs the basic theories of public information, universal access and information equity, specified the composing areas of public information and the ideal status of information equity, concretely analyses the policy systems and theoretical opinions of universal access of public information, deeply exposits the indispensable values of the universal access of public information for realizing information equity, and mainly discusses the effective route and strategies. It aims at eliminating the problems of information inequity as much as possible, including information asymmetry, information resources allocation failure and information power corruption, to improving the information equity and creating a healthy and harmonious information society.
