Study, Based On Information And Fair Information Ecology

Information ecology is a new cross-disciplinary, which study the equilibrium and the interaction among information, information people and information environment, the aim of the study is to achieve balance of information ecosystem. Information fair is in the information activities an evaluation standard to evaluate information people, information behavior and information relationship, that each other with information ecology as the purpose and means. Information ecology based on information fair behaves superior in the aspects of information, information people and information environment.Based on the information fair as the research perspective, that in fact exist information alienation, information asymmetry, the tension between information right and information power, information security and so on. It analyzes the reason of the unbalanced ecology phenomenon from the structure of information resource configuration dimension, the information policy dimension, the information ethics dimension and the information people (community) subject information ability dimension, and then puts forward the protection ways based on information fair——building and sharing information resource together, perfecting the information policy, strengthening the construction of information ethics, improving information people information ability.
