| The basic principle and key technique of high-speed video system is theoretically analyzed firstly in this paper, which constructs the theory foundation for the subsequent research. And then it systematically introduces the high-speed video system used in monitoring the motion of released optical fiber and analyzes the relationship between exposure time and frame rate, so as to other parameters. In order to make this system working smoothly without losing any image, the parameters of this system are set properly according to the conclusion. By doing a lot of experiment, the relationship between exposure and frame rate is verified, and the best combination is used in the optical fiber released experiment.When the camera's resolution is 1280×1024, the highest frame rate of this system is 500fps.Lowing down the vertical resolution, the frame rate is increased. So the highest frame rate is 3992fps when the resolution is 640×128.A lot of work is done to make this frame rate work out,but the highest frame rate we can get finally is 1811fps,as the resolution is 1024×256.This frame rate is used to capture a great quantity of images. Compared to the original used frame rate which is 905fps, twice number of images is captured during the same time. So the time resolution is twice as the original one.Besides, according to the problems that I come across in the experiment, some improvement is made to get better result of recording. Considering the probable application of this system, it is also used in recording interference stripes, which supplies certain kind of method to record interference stripes accurately. |
