Conference Website The Automatic Generation System Design And Implementation

Varieties of meetings are held every day in our country.For the meeting organizers, they need possess their own web server and database server before building their own website.These require such high qualified hardware and cost so much money that some units can not afford. Also experts are needed to manage the server while this is time-consuming, laborious and causes additional cost.Further more,it will spend a great deal of time to build a related meeting website,even the professional website designer is no exception.Therefore,most meeting website is built occasionally without favorable interface and powerful function at the present.Based on this situation,this paper proposes a design project about the meeting website automatic creating system on ASP.NET environment by SQL Server database standard. The system expect to satisfy the user demands with powerful function,simple opertation and strong commonality.Firstly,based on the overall design and according to the demand forecasting,we divided the system users into three types:the ordinary user,the webmaster and the administrator.Different functions are specified for the proper users.The ordinary user can browse the meeting website, register the meeting website and use the functions.The main duty of the webmaster is to maintain a certain meeting website.The webmaster can maintain the meeting information,maintain the information of the registered users,publish then manage the meeting news,and manage the upload and download of the meeting files.The main duty of the administrator is to manage the system and don't have to maintain the specific information of the meeting.The administrator can manage all type of the user,manage the meeting,manage the modules of every meeting,and design then implement the datebase and function. Secondly, according to the overall design,we subdivide the system into several function interface,give some specific solutions in accordance with the implement of the system and we design the framework for the system files.Taking the meeting management interface for instance,we also introduce the implement process of the system in detail according to the 3-Tier Structure of .NET.Lastly, combined with the network infrastructure, we finish the functional test of mainly interface and analyze the operation practice.
