Based on the already-using information management system, this dissertation deeply researches and analyzes the feature of the machines and facilities management letting management and the data-base of it, and gives the computerizing solution to the machines and facilities management letting management.Multi-layer-organization of Browser/Server technology is used in system design and establishment, with concern about the system technology steady, operation data entirely integrating, the function operated friendly, management process revising and remaking, data analyzing so that the system is easy for users, easy to add function and be updated, and easy to restore. JAVA language and JSP technology are used in the system compiling, which makes it easy and friendly for users to operate.the system is consists of parameters and data setting, letting plan management, Temporary letting management, Return management, Machine delivery in letting and return, Letting payment management, Statistic of letting income, Inquiry function and so on, all of them make the system unite, standard and efficient.The system creates an information platform which can supply assistant help to the techno- engineering management of PDA, supporting management decision on network, realizing entirely information of techno- engineering management of the port. Through the database, the information can be shared and used sufficiently, transmission, exchange and process of information can be implemented freely.
