The unmanned platform can replace the people to work in dangerous or harsh environments. It has been widely used in military, industry, agriculture and other areas. The unmanned platform in this paper is composed of the scene node, the remote control units and the command center. The scene node is used to monitor and control the equipment on-site. The remote control units can remote the scene node to implement specific orders. The command center is used to direct each control units to work together.This unmanned platform is divided into three parts according to the actual needs of the unmanned platform. After analyzing the needs of the command center, the digital map and command decision support module have been designed using MapX and the decision support technologies; After analyzing the needs of the remote control units, the software of remote control units has been designed using network, database and the serial port technologies; After analyzing the needs of the scene node, we divided it into the scene controller and calculation system, and designed them using the network, the serial communication, process management, and fire control solution calculation, coordinate transformation techniques.Finally, the system need to be able to automatically detect the requirements of unmanned platforms, self-test program of seven subsystems have been designed to test the system even more automation and intelligence.
