By combining the advantages of DOM (Document Object Model) with SAX (Simple APIs for XML), this text has effectively achieved data exchange between XML text and BO (Business Object) and has established perfect SID (Shared Information Data) as a real BBS (Business Support System) data center that would fundamentally resolve a series of problems existed in telecom carrier, such as unmatched business capability, inconsistent data content, inflexible application spreading, bad transformation adaptation and bad support of on-line charging and so on.Firstly, it analyzes telecom carrier's present situation, advocates SID data sharing pattern driven by telecom business and got from data integration theory that it is inevitable result of entrepreneur development.Then, it designes SID functional module by studying its effect on telecom carrier, system structure, functional architecture requirement, putting emphasize on SID interface designing that at last finishing complete data service construct from basic interface type and its designing instance to SID data service establishment, including data generation and management, atomic data service customization and publication.Finally, it studies service interface achieving process of SID data sharing pattern, which is discussed mainly from the following aspects: interface designing, data service creation and algorithms of data service interface through adopting DOM,SAX technique to effectively achieve transfer between XML text and BO, thus significantly improve system performance and satisfy customer more.
