Scientific Data Integration Technology Applied Research

With the recent surge of information technology, the data which generated by various kinds of information systems is growing dramatically, however, these systems are usually isolated. By studying all kinds of exchanging technologies, we can unify and integrate different kinds of data resources , which would support our data utilization and decision making. And finally, this measure would improve the quality of our data resources. It is the demands of data resource building and developing, and also the main goal of data sharing.This article, starting from analyzing the current situation of scientific data sharing, surveyed the existing related studies. Based on the definition of the data integration in this thesis, researches of data integration both there and abroad were reflected. Then a mode of scientific data integration was proposed, and the flow of integration was formed. Technique, methods and rules of data integration were illustrated, furthermore, specially analyzed the mode, method, flows and features of the constructed data. In this research, base on the mode and flows of data integration, a specific data was chosen from the Public Health Data Sharing System to practise for verifing both the rationality of the mode, flow and the feasibility, effectiveness of the metadata application.The flow of data integration in this article which is based on the business data, can optimize the data resource of the data platform, and meet the various requirements of data users. Adjusting different integration methods by metadata technology, which no only improved the flow of integration, but also expanded the functions of different methods, is in accordance with data utilization and business application.The research on scientific data integration methods of the paper is an useful attempt in better data sharing, resource management and data use, which has certain significance on both theory and practice. The scientific data integration which is based on metadata regulated the process of data integration, data normalization and data reconstruction, improved the utilization of data and had a good effect on data sharing and utilization.
