Furthermore NGN have the advantage of low cost and developing easily, the NGN technologies become mature gradually, so NGN enter the commercial stage quickly from the pilot stage.After learning the techniques about the NGN network architecture, network interface, supporting NGN network technology, On the basis of analyzing the situation of PSTN Beijing Netcom and thinking about related factors of NGN network construction, I have studied the security and reliability of intelligent Network of Beijing Netcom networking program.The following are the main works researched:1. Pointing out that NGN is the development direction of the PSTN network and summarizing NGN technologies based on introducing the PSTN network status and analyzing its problem.2. To offer four solutions of NGN Network and compare advantages and disadvantages of the four solutions, analyze the solution of Beijing Netcom intelligent network based on the security and reliability of NGN network.3. To Compare the master-slave dynamic dual network ownership mode and load-sharing dynamic dual network ownership mode, the Beijing Netcom is used as an example in analyzing the load-sharing dual network ownership mode in details.4 To study disaster recovery technology in SS and TG, SS and SG, signaling gateway, relay gateway and other aspects.5. To analyze the specific problems occurred in the second phase of intelligent network and provide the ways of solving the problems.
