Military robots will soon become an important attack and defensive weapons on the battlefield. They will also be an important technical advantage of weapons and equipments in the future information warfare in our army. On the future battlefield, how to command and reasonably allocate of a wide range of military robots and maximize their performance is very worthy in study deeply.According to the basic concept of military commanding, and on the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature, this paper summarized the battling status, commanding mode and the type of mission of military robots, then gave the mission allocation principles and strategies of commanding, and analyzed effectiveness evaluation in the mission assignment of robots.This paper introduced the basic principles and procedures of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analyzed and confirmed the membership degree matrix, membership functions of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and treatment methods of data standardization, and finally summed up the characteristics and advantages of the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This paper has introduced the relative concepts of efficiency, and established the level efficiency model for four categories of military robots: ground-attack robot, aerial-attack robot, ground-reconnaissance robot, and aerial-reconnaissance robot. With the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper accomplished efficiency evaluation of three kinds of ground-attack robots. By analyzing the results of evaluation, it confirmed that the process of efficiency evaluation is rational and scientific.This paper proposed the concept of mission adaptability degree, expatiated the relationship among target performance, mission adaptability degree and mission efficiency, established a common AHP model of mission adaptability degree, and analyzed the calculation method of mission adaptability degrees. According to typical efficiency evaluation model, this paper proposed the math calculation formula among target efficiency, mission adaptability and mission efficiency. Based the above work, this paper analyzed and established the mission adaptability degree AHP model of four categories of military robots, presented the optimization arithmetic in robots allocation and achieved its core module by using VC6 programming tools. According to an imaginary combat scenario, the algorithm has been tested and validated. The results showed: the optimization algorithm of allocation is practical with a very good prospect in military application. From the perspective of military operational command, this paper does a creative and useful research on efficiency evaluation and mission assignment of military robots, which has a certain theoretical and practical value to complete military tasks using robots.
