Research And Application Of Chinese Medical Diagnosis Expert System

Expert system is a branch of the artificial intelligence. Up to now, expert system has been applied in a great many fields and has been obtained great achievements. In the domain of the medical diagnosis, for the multi-profile,multi-theory,multi-means,multi-layer and multi-school of the traditional Chinese medicine, the expert system which based on the Chinese medical diagnosis develops slowly and partially in the aspect of the research and development. Aim at the status at present, this paper has proposed a Chinese medical diagnosis model and has discussed the Chinese internal medical expert system's research and development based on the presented model. Knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism is the core of the expert system. They are the focus and difficulties of the expert system also. It is the target to obtain a global knowledge representation means and a flexible and high efficiency reasoning logic in the study of the expert system. Based on the multi-layer and the experientialism in Chinese medical knowledge, this paper discusses the induce knowledge representation,frame knowledge representation and object-oriented knowledge representation etc and the use of these representation mode in the Chinese medical diagnosis representation system. Furthermore, the paper has introduced the relation database system that has been more and more mature and has analyzed the Chinese traditional medical repository that bases on the relation database technology. For the diagnosis process of the Chinese traditional medicine is complex and multi-layers, the paper adopts the forwards reasoning,the backwards reasoning,the mixed reasoning and the precision and fuzzy reasoning as the reasoning strategy. Moreover, the paper has discussed the implement of the reasoning machine which bases on the relation database and the object-oriented technology and has acquired the better reasoning effect. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the expert system, the paper has discussed a lot of computer technologies such as the object-oriented technology,the UML technology and the database technology which had used in the expert system. In order to carry out the popularizing and the modernization of the Chinese traditional medicine, the paper has provided the detail regulation express and the assistant teaching function. In conclusion, we have finished the research of the CMDES system by the use of the above study in the CMDES. This study aims at the solving of the practical problem and the practical application and has discussed all the technology which used in the CMDES system. The paper has also proposed some developing ways which were suited for the Chinese traditional medicine and has done some basis researches for expert system in the aspect of the Chinese traditional medicine domain and these have some very important practicing meanings for the application and study of the CMDES system.
