Beijing Radio and Television University is a higher education school for adults with more than fifty hierarchies.Open education institute is one direct teaching unit of Beijing Radio and Television University,and it accommodates more than 5000 students who accept education in the form of open education or reform recruit or register seeing and hearing.The institute comprises several main departments,such as student management department,examination server center,educational administration department,specialty guidance center,and so on.The management of teaching plans,courses,and status of students,information of class and teachers,curriculum schedules,and teaching watch information is scattered over different departments.Manual management and frequent exchange of information lower down the efficiency greatly,on the contrary,it need more worker and result in more mistakes,so it is necessary for every hierarchy to use one advanced software for the sake of holistic management.Student management model,course management model,classroom arrangement model,teaching watch management model are all included in the system,and every model is related each other to keep complex relationship,at the same time they need keep relatively independent. Several key problems need to be considered.Firstly,to analyze the management model of all the hierarchies synthetically,to understand the work flows and the connection of them.Secondly,to analyze and design particularly the case where different classes that one teacher gives can not be arranged at one same time or one classroom can only be one class occupied at one time or one student can only have one class at one time. Thirdly,through building advanced models of function with low coupling and high cohesion to settle all the collisions and make the education administrations run automatically with the assistant of the administrator. Fourthly,it is to promulgate messages in time through the network.Lastly, we need settle the administration referred doing the same work of the former term and the later term at one same time.In this paper,the influence of the system which impulses the education administration of Beijing Radio and Television University hierarchies and improve the quality of administration is firstly discussed;subsequently,the design and implementation of models and the interfaces of them are studied,so the function of each model and the pertinent algorithms can be confirmed;based on the database of the system, the way to transform different data through coding is introduced.Base on the object oriented develop model of software engineering,the system adopts the B/S model with ASP and SQLSERVER as programming tools. Furthermore,the strict authority administration is considered,and the printing function,data importing and data exporting function also be included in the system.The classroom intelligence administration and fingerprinting administration in the examination are the outspread parts of the system.
