| The teaching administration system of Hunan RTU is based on the existing central RTU teaching administration system, a secondary development based on database server of the latter.The function was expanded as the following: First, the user type is extended to the county workstation and teaching schools. A large number work of data collection is decentralized to relevant departments and the grassroots owner, which improves the accuracy of the data collection, and avoids repetitive work. Second, the seamless connection of multistage data exchange between the provincial, the regional, the county-level, and the teaching schools, according to the management pattern of Hunan RTU, and the integrity and accuracy of data is assured, Three, concise, convenient and flexible operation interface is provided for kinds of users, and function of fault-tolerant and error cue is available.Four, fuzzy and combinative search was designed for users, so that information resources and reliable basis for decision-making are provided for the leaders and relevant department in the fully utilization of systematic resources.Technically, the latest technology of".net"and"SQL Server"was introduced and database application system in the way of"Windows"and"Web"user interface. Two ways are provided for different users, the most common form for C/S database application system on the basis of Windows Interface used by teaching administrative staff, and the other for information consulting of students based on the B/S form of Web page.In this system, the development process, we choose WIN2003 and server SQL 2000, the backend database, adopting B/S and C/S a combination of development, in many users, the demand management, using C/S mode of development in the student MIS system, scores query etc adopts B/S mode of development, development tools, most of them VS2003 choice of language development vb.net, using C #, part of language using VBA programming directly reports generated EXCEL pivot table. |
