Tianjin Digital Tv Management System Application Study

As being the infomation service that will present soon all over the nation,the digital TV(DTV) requires for the designation and development to its subscriber management system(SMS).It will lead to realize the charging management and to ensure the digital TV services would be normally carried out.Therefor to realize digital TV(DTV) paid services becomes an urgent problem to be solved.The digital TV management system is just created to against that problem.At the background of carrying out the digital TV(DTV) service,this article describes the setup and development work of the digital TV(DTV) service,and plans out the system frame of two layers Client/Server(C/S) to suit the temporary situation after fully analysing to the entire syetem.The client would realize the layer and logical function by using PowerBuilder database development tools,and the server would arrange the database by SQL server 2000.The entire system would using TCP/IP protocol and Conditional Access System(CAS) to communicate with bank system.As being a real-time system,it is required to provide the reliable and rapid service.So this article is deeply studing on the system reliability and high-performance by emphasizing the hardware configration,software development and database designation.In this paper,the difficult is the design of the database on user management and the design of the interface between User Management Systems and Conditional Access System.
